MeetingMath is a calculator-first utility site for managers, founders, operators, team leads, consultants, and anyone trying to make meeting time visible.

The site estimates meeting cost from user-provided assumptions: attendee count, meeting length, average hourly cost, overhead multiplier, recurrence, and async replacement time.

What this site is not

It is not payroll, tax, legal, HR, accounting, or productivity advice. It does not decide whether a meeting should exist. It turns assumptions into transparent planning math.

Privacy posture

Calculations run in the browser. Do not enter confidential employee names, company names, calendar data, or individual salary details.
